Can You Identify These Trees??

I have all of these trees in my yard and I have no idea what they are. The first 2 pictures are of something that is about 15 feet tall. There is no real trunk like a tree, these are all individual branch-like trunks. It almost seems like a weed that was let go. The next 3 pictures I think are a Jacaranda or I hope so but not sure. The pictures of the green and white leaves is my favorite but I have no name for it. It was once a tree that was cut down but refused to die and is on the way back. The last of the pictures are of a tree standing about 20 feet tall. This tree produces a fruit that looks similar to a plum in size and shape but is very hard like a nut. If anyone is able to identify any of these trees please let me know. Thank you very much!

Pictures 3, 4 and 5 look like eithr a jacaranda (if the foliage is fine and soft) or a gleditsia (if it is coarser). It's hard because there is nothing to scale it against.

Looks like mimosa to me too. They are all over Alabama and spread like crazy.

I was thinking or hoping that 3,4,5 were jacaranda and not a poinciana. I am pretty sure it is not a mimosa. Thank you for helping me!

The plant with the variegated leaf looks like my Tropical Hibiscus. You sure do have a lot of interesting trees. LB
