Here in St. Lucie County there in an insert placed into Monday's newspaper called Luminaries. We made in!! October 6, Brandan and myself were honored by Heathcote Botanical Gardens of Fort Pierce Florida for our hard work and dedication towards the Palm Walk area of the gardens. I don't know what to say, this is fantastic! They even mentioned our blogs in the article. Thank you very much!! Here are some pictures of the article.

The close up. I am on the left and Brandan is on the right. If you click on the picture you can read the article. Gotta love cleaning those Lady Palms!

See you again next time.

Gardening in Florida! My Grammy just loved it there, loved the 'gators and the panthers, and the fishing. Had a TON of stories to enthrall us with about her "time in the bayou" I have another friend who is growing a Cook's Garden in his Florida backyard, he's a chef of some repute. I am jealous of his mangos, bananas, papayas, and citrus! Here in Oregon, I have a miniture Meyers Lemon tree, and am trying to get a mini naval orange that I can containerize. I miss citrus!! Your garden looks terrific! Happy Gardening, and thanks for sharing your successes!
