Thanks to Nancyb who identified my unknown Orchid in my last post I am now able to post this one. This is my Oncidium Gower Ramsey Orchid ( Oncidium Goldiana x Oncidium Guinea Gold ). I purchased this beautiful Orchid at the Fort Pierce Farmer Market back in February of 2009. The lady was not sure of the exact name so I never knew what it was. All I knew was that it was coming home with me.

This Oncidium Orchid will grow in full sun or partial sun and requires regular watering. When in bloom the flowers are bright yellow and red. Here are some pictures of my Oncidium Gower Ramsey Orchid in bloom.

Once again I would like to thank Nancyb for identifying it for me. I hope you enjoyed the pictures. See again next time!!

I found your blog while I was googling about a strangler fig and a palm that I'm posting about on my blog tomorrow.

I've enjoyed reading some of your older posts and loved how your showing the growth of your plumeria and banana trees. I Just started following the growth of my plumeria seeds a few weeks ago. Fun isn't is?

BTW, I love the water bottle irrigation system!
