It's Voodoo Time

When you think of the word Voodoo, you think of black magic and witch craft . Well that is what I think of anyway, until now. I have come across a Lily that goes by the name of Voodoo Lily (Amorphophallus rivieri ). The Voodoo Lily can grow up to about 6 feet tall and is most happy in full sun to partial shade. Don't eat this plant because it is poisonous if ingested.

I think the Voodoo lily is my new favorite Lily. I am attracted to the camouflage coloring on the stem and the circular motion that the leaves grow in. Here are some pictures of my new Voodoo Lily. The last picture I found on the internet is of a full grown Voodoo Lily.
